Travelling should be something to enjoy and will something that keep you motivated. You should not worry about anything else besides enjoying your trip; Keep in mind you are going on vacations, you’re going to see your family, possibly visiting a good friend, simply you're going to enjoy the good things life has to offer you.

Let us pack and if getting to your destination is going to take you more than two hours flying, then, these tips will be useful, so that you can find an alternative to enjoy your flight while your body is resting.

1. Do not exceed in drinking too many alcoholic beverages. Although some people consume them to calm nerves, you should not take more than two drinks since the changes in elevation and pressure combined with liquor may result in annoying and uncomfortable symptoms.

2. Avoid monotony. Vary activities every time you can, this helps you to be relaxed, this also helps the heart to keep a steady pace and at the same time, it helps you to have a fun time during the flight.

3. Do not forget to walk. Use the airplane aisle to stretch your legs and rest your back, repeat this at least three times during the flight.

4. Take your shoes off. In order to be relaxed you need to feel comfortable, reducing the pressure on your feet can help you to sleep better.

8. Try to sleep. Sleeping at least four hours during long trips is essential when arriving to your destination, to reduce the significant negative impact that may be caused to your body, due to new changes in height and temperature .

Remember the success of the trip will depend solely on you, and it will determine how extraordinary the travelling experience could be to you or your loved ones. Make a plan, book in advance, do not pack unnecessary things, schedule tours or activities, keep your important documents safe and start enjoying.
